Warranty

All products purchased from TYLC Digital come with a 6-month warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, everyday wear and tear, or natural disasters.

Return & Refund Policy

• Change of Mind: TYLC Digital does not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
• Faulty or Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please email [email protected] within 3 days of receipt, including details and photos. If a return is approved, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Do not send the item without first contacting us to initiate the process.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds will be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days (please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund). Please note that any original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If your item was damaged during transit, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the item, including photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement of the damaged item or part, subject to eligibility.
